Betty Tucker, PTA

Lori Chin PT, MS has been serving the Lake Cumberland area for more than 28 years. Originally from Michigan, Lori earned her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy at Andrews University in 1991. As a physical therapist here at Cumberland Physical Therapy and Rehab, Lori strives to provide the highest quality of care. Her passion for physical therapy comes from her desire to help others. This desire is evident in the way Lori Listens and treats her patients. Lori is an extremely compassionate person who is committed to serving the community by improving her patient's quality of life.

Betty Tucker graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Somerset Community College in 1998. She has been practicing PT for over 22 years and has experience working in various settings, including outpatient, nursing home, and school system. Betty is also AFAA/NASM certified and teaches group exercise classes. Betty also takes continuing education courses to stay current in the latest advances in physical therapy. She is now Master Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

If Betty is not relaxing with a hot cup of coffee, she’s likely planting vegetables in her garden, or going on a kayaking adventure on Lake Cumberland.


Rachel Wagers, PTA

Rachel graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Somerset Community College, and has held her PTA license since 2004. She has worked in various inpatient and outpatient settings before becoming a member of the Cumberland Physical Therapy & Rehab team in 2009.

Rachel enjoys working with a variety of patients and wants to help them achieve their full potential. She’s known around the office for her delightful sense of humor and joyful spirit. She lives in London, KY with her husband and son, and enjoys time with them four-wheeler riding.


Jennifer Graham, PTA

Jennifer graduated from Somerset Community College in 1992 with her Associates in Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Since then, she has worked in several outpatient clinics, home health physical therapy, school systems, and skilled nursing facilities in South Eastern Kentucky. Jennifer has stayed current with trends and practices in Physical Therapy by regularly fulfilling continuing education requirements.

Family and church involvement is also a large part of her lifestyle. One of the many ways she serves her community is through the “Project 58:10” through her church. (a local ministry dedicated to meeting the nutrition needs of children that receive reduced or free lunch in the local schools) She is loved and respected by her clients and co-workers. Jennifer always keeps a positive outlook and has a smile on her face.
